Elizabeth Krupkin, Parent... "We are very grateful for all the energy that you put into this camp! Your hard work shows. My children Ben, and DeeDee are so encouraged! They have had such a great time at camp this week. It has been a very positive force on them...and they are talking about your great staff of amazing coaches! We are so glad we chose your camp. You and your camp really made a difference in our family! Thank you for your generosity, time and commitment to teaching our children this fun sport! We will definitely spread the word to our friends! Ben wants to get autographs tomorrow."

Winter Clinic Overview
Each player will be provided with a fun, safe and challenging learning environment through focused training sessions lead by experienced professional, collegiate coaches and players. ITNFH winter clinics will focus on player's individual skills development and team awareness. Specific stick and ball drills will help with player's 1v1 skills and small games will help with positioning and working as a team during the winter.
Winter Clinics are open to beginners who want to experience the joy of playing field hockey while learning the basics, as well as experienced players looking to take their game to the next level by getting some extra training off-season.
Participants will be placed together first by age and then by ability in groups of a 12:1 player to coach ratio to allow the maximum learning environment for each player in our winter program. The winter groups will break down as follows: Grades 5-8 and Grades 9-12.
An agility ladder will be used to improve individual footwork, strength, speed, balance, coordination and conditioning.
Winter Clinics Sessions are held at these facilities:
