Winter Volleyball Clinics
Volleyball Clinics For Athletes At All Skill Levels
Each player will be provided with a fun and challenging environment through focused training sessions lead by experienced collegiate coaches and players.
ITNV winter clinics will focus on player's individual skills such as passing, serving, hitting, setting, and blocking development while learning team awareness. Specific activities and game like drills will help with player's 1v1 skills during our winter clinics. Small games will help with positioning and working with a team. Our winter program will not only allow each player to experience the joy of playing volleyball, but will also teach them all the different areas of the game in a safe and fun environment.
Winter Clinics are open to beginners who want to try a new sport and learn the basics, as well as experienced players looking to take their game to the next level by getting some extra training off-season. Participants will be placed together first by age and then by ability in groups of a 12:1 player to coach ratio to allow the maximum learning environment for each player. The winter groups will break down as follows: Grades 5, 6, 7 & Specialty Clinics Grades 8-12.
An agility ladder will be used to improve individual footwork, strength, speed, balance, coordination and conditioning.
