Training sessions will be conducted by ITNFH goal directors. Goalie training will focus on the technical development of diving and breakaways. There will also be an emphasis on positioning and angles, shot blocking, and the ability to make split second decisions under pressure.
Please bring water, ALL FH goalie pads, stick, ball & mouth guard to every class.
