Summer Lacrosse Camps For Lax Goalies

Goal Keeper Training For All Ages & Skill Levels

Training sessions will be conducted by ITNL goalie directors. Goalie training will focus on the technical development and skills necessary from low and high shots to clearing. There will also be an emphasis on positioning and angles, shot blocking, and the ability to make split second decisions under pressure.

An agility ladder will also be used to improve individual footwork, strength, speed, balance, coordination and conditioning.

$150 for a week session
$5 sibling discount
$5 early bird discount if signed up 30 days prior to start

*Grades 5-12 (High School players welcome)

Players must always bring All lax GOALIE equipment and water to each class.
