Lacrosse Clinics For Boys and Girls At All Skill Levels

Boys & Girls, trained separately, grades 1-3, 4-7 and 8-12 will be placed together first by age and then by ability in groups of a 12:1 player to coach ratio to allow the maximum learning environment for each player. Training will gradually increase in terms of the difficulty according to the groups understanding and execution. Individual skills and team play will be the main focus.

An agility ladder will also be used to improve individual footwork, strength, speed, balance, coordination and conditioning.

$160 for a 7 week Session

Sign up for all 3 sessions and receive a $40 discount and a FREE lacrosse ball (must be registered prior to the 1st session)
Register 2 weeks prior to the start of a session and receive a $10 discount

Players must always bring ALL lax equipment and water to each class.
