By registering for an In The Net Soccer Academy LLC sports programs I understand that the sports and, their various forms, can be hazardous sports that have many dangers and risks. I realize that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence of these sports. I agree, as a condition of allowing my minor child to participate in In The Nets Sports Academy LLC’s programs, that I freely accept and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, death or property damage on my own behalf and on behalf of my minor child, as listed above.

I understand that by signing this RELEASE OF LIABILITY, I hereby RELEASE In The Net Sports Academy LLC, its parent, subsidiaries, and related entities, its successors, representatives, agents, assigns, coaches, trainers, volunteers, employees, officers, and directors (collectively the “RELEASEES”) from any and all claims of liability to me or my minor child resulting from the RELEASEES’ actual or alleged NEGLIGENCE or by the actual or alleged negligence of any other person or cause.

I further agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, damages, award, judgment, or other liability, however characterized, including attorney fees, resulting from injury, or damage to the property or person of the undersigned player, his or her parents, or legal guardian, resulting directly or indirectly from such player’s participation in any sports practices, sports games or other sports events.

By registering for In The Net Sports Academy LLC I recognize that I have read this RELEASE OF LIABILITY carefully and understand its contents.
