New Program! Fun To Run Kids
Designed To Train Beginning Runners with No Experience

This basic program is designed for beginning runners (ages 7-17) with no previous running experience. The goal of the program is to gradually transition children from a sedentary lifestyle to a more active lifestyle with the introduction of running through various games and fun activities. The goal at the end of the program will be to build up to 30 total running minutes of continuous movement (not including walk breaks) in a run/walk workout. The emphasis will not be on competition but to empower each child with the means to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. While running is the core activity, the program will strive to teach each child the need to stay physically fit as a life long goal.
Runners must always bring a water bottle to every session
